Rush Order Policy

Custom Orders Requiring a Custom Design:

Given the nature of the artistic process, completion of these orders in 14 business days or less will include a RUSH ORDER FEE. The fee will be 20% of the total purchase price of the custom order (shipping excluded). 

*examples include (but are not limited to) Belt Buckles, Keychains, Saddle Plates etc.

Custom Orders NOT Requiring a Custom Design:

Completion of these orders in 7 business days or less will include a RUSH ORDER FEE. The fee will be 20% of the total purchase price of the custom order (shipping excluded).

*examples include (but are not limited to) Custom Horse Necklaces, Custom Horse Bracelets, Custom Horse Keychains, Custom Dog Necklaces, etc.
