Since 2012, I have been taking your horses' markings and transforming them into timeless pieces of art! This is a great option if you have two horses and can't choose between the two! This classy, handmade buckle looks good no matter what you’re doing…mucking out stalls or entering the show ring!
As always, I hammer texture the sterling silver I use to represent the markings. Then using only a printed out picture of your horses as my guide, I freehand trace the markings directly onto the metal before hand sawing them out. As a special touch for this option, I hammer out the back so it has a lovely curve to it - adding even more interest and durability. In conclusion, I match the finishing patina with your horse's coat colors.
