I grew up riding and showing hunter jumpers, so unlike other jewelers, I have an inside scoop into the equestrian world. Where else can you buy handmade sterling silver hoof pick earrings? I originally created these as a pendant but now I have hoof pick stud earrings, pendants and even tie pins!
These, like everything in my store, are handmade by myself alone. I hammer out the end of the pick and then carefully bend it using small jeweler’s pliers. Then I solder the pick together and lastly solder the post onto the back. These earrings are a great “go to”….they won’t get in the way of any barn chores and comfortably wear no matter what the occasion. I wear mine all the time and they have stood the test of a stay-at-home mom of three…and that is saying something!
